    Shipping Charges: -

    • Free Delivery Across India on Prepaid Orders. 

    • Cash-on-delivery charges are applicable.

    Note: If the outer packaging has been tampered with, ripped, pressed, or is otherwise damaged, you can refuse acceptance of the delivery and write your comments on the proof of delivery (POD) slip that the delivery executive presents.

     

    Cancellation Policy:

    We will be able to accept a request for cancellation of an order only if it is raised within 6 (six) hours of placing the order on the website. All orders are usually shipped within 4-6 hours from our end.

    We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed/shipped or orders for which the cancellation request is made after 6 (six) hours from the time an order is placed.

    The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Janasya and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.

    Q1. Describe India's shipping policy?

     Ans: Every Prepaid order We utilize reputable courier services like Blue Dart, Smater, and Delhivery to carry the fully insured products; there is no cost for shipping within India. When you place an order for Cash On Delivery, the courier firm usually contacts you prior to delivery, and the shipping fee is Rs. 50.

    Q2. Approximately how long does shipping take?

    Ans: After an order is placed, the product is shipped within 24 hours, and delivery takes three to four working days.

    International Orders: 


    International customers can place prepaid orders on our website through the payment gateways available on the checkout page. We will be able to process your orders once they are confirmed and the payment is received in our account.

    The delivery timeframe of the orders will vary as per the countries we are shipping to. However, the standard delivery time for our international orders is 7–10 business days. We typically ship the packages through Fedex, DHL, or DTDC courier services.

    Custom Duty: For all international orders, customs duty/charges may be applicable as per the country of import's customs department. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes, if any, levied by the country we are shipping to.
