At Janasya customer satisfaction is given the topmost priority. We believe in delivering the products that are of an excellent quality and we make sure that the products bought by the customers from us give a guaranteed satisfaction.

If at all you happen to receive a product that is not per your requirement, don’t worry we provide you with the option of returning the product and provide you back the one that meets with your specifications.

Janasya offers you with a 7 day return guarantee in case the product is

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • Defective
  • It differs from the product which you originally ordered

The other case where we cannot accept the products returned if

  • Used or altered
  • Physical damage to the product or the box
  • Returned without the original packing
  • Serial number is damaged tampered/altered
  • No returns, No Exchange or No refund will be offered on the products bought during offer period.
In case you received an order parcel from Janasya that is damaged or empty then please feel free to report the issue on support@threadbucketstudio.com within 2 days of receiving the order.

1. What is the time period for an item to be returned?

The item can be returned within 7 days from the time of receiving. You can find the information about the return time period along with the product description.

2. What is the process to return an item and what to do later?

  • Firstly email return request to us on support@threadbucketstudio.com.
  • Your request to return an item is review by Janasya.
  • Once the request is approved we arrange with our partner courier company to pick up the product.
  • In case if our reverse pickup service in not available at your specified address then you can send the product dispatch from your side and the charges will be reimbursed by us.
  • Product once received back will be checked against your claim and after that only the process of replacement or refund is initiated. However the replacement policy depends on the availability of the stock.
All in all it takes about 1 to 3 weeks from the time of request to the time the product is delivered back to us. Sometimes the time would depend on the type of product and the location you specified.

3 How should the packing be for the item to be returned?

It is mandatory that the product you received is not altered or used and it must have the original price tag and the packing slip. It is essential that you have to mention your order number. If your order is consented for a pickup then you will receive the instructions for packing along with the return address via an email sent by us.

4. To return an item do I need to pay the courier company?

You need not pay any kind of amount if the pickup of the product is arranged from our side. However if you are sending the product from a courier service on your own then you need to bear the charges. But rest assured the courier charges will be reimbursed up to Rs.200 in the form of Janasya bucks.

5. How will I know that you received the product I returned?

Once the order is picked, then within 24-48 hours you will receive an intimation email from us informing you about the tracking details using which you will be able to track the package status on courier’s website. You can also know about the status of your request at Janasya track order too.

6. By what time can I expect my replacement or refund?

From the time of receiving the product the process of replacement or refund is initiated within 2 working days. In case of refund it takes about 2 weeks for the amount to be credited into your account. But if the refund is in Janasya Bucks then in that case the amount is immediately transferred to your Janasya account. However in a situation if the product received by us from you doesn’t match your claim or do not have the Janasya order number on the package the refund/replacement can be delayed or sometimes can be declined.

Please note that for COD orders refund would be credited via NEFT. The NEFT details had to be provided by the customer under the “My Account” section by edit profile in additional information on the website.
