What is Janasya exchange Policy?

Unfortunately we don’t support exchanges for now. However you can return the product and place another order on our website.

What is Janasya 7 days return Policy?

Janasya offers you with a 7 day return guarantee in case the product is
  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • Defective
  • It differs from the product which you originally ordered
The other case where we cannot accept the products returned if
  • Used or altered
  • Physical damage to the product or the box

How do I return a product on Janasya?

  1. Firstly email return request to us on support@threadbucketstudio.com.
  2. Your request to return an item is reviewed by Janasya.
  3. Once the request is approved we arrange with our partner courier company to pick up the product.
  4. In case if our reverse pickup service in not available at your specified address then you have send the product from your side and the charges will be reimbursed by us.
  5. Product once received back will be checked against your claim and after that only the process of refund is initiated.
All in all it takes about 1 to 3 weeks from the time of request to the time the product is delivered back to us. Sometimes the time would depend on the type of product and the location you specified. Rest assured that every care is taken to protect your interests.

How long would it take for me to receive the refund of the returned product?

Once you return a product, your refund will be processed in 4 - 7 working days from the date of receipt of your returned product in the store depending on the payment mode you choose.

Please note that for COD orders refund would be credited via NEFT. The NEFT details had to be provided by the customer under the “My Account” section by edit profile in additional information on the website or you can email us support@threadbucketstudio.com

Does Janasya pick up the product I want to return from my location?

Yes, as long as your pick up address is the same as your delivery address.

Why was my return request declined?

Your return request may be declined due to the flilowing reasons
  1. Original tags are removed from the product
  2. Product is stained, damaged or torn
  3. Product is used or washed
  4. Free products or accessories along with the original products are missing

Why did the return pickup of my product fail?

Return pickup of your product might fail if the return pickup executive was unable to locate your address or if no one was available at the address to hand over the product. Usually in such circumstances the executive will try to reach you on your mobile number.

How do I request a pickup again if the first attempt failed?

If the first pickup attempt failed, we will set up another pickup date and time and communicate the same to you.
