Returns on Janasya.com (The Return policy valid for orders in India Only)
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To return your product, you can either self-ship the product or you opt for reverse pick up by calling our customer care number or email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org OR +91 7227971115
- Reverse Shipping costs are non-refundable, INR. 50 per product will be deducted from your refund amount
For Example if your order includes 2 products, the total reverse shipping fee would be INR 100 (INR 50 + INR 50 )

Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-12 banking days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please do a check with your bank or credit card provider regarding the status. This will help us in processing the same from our end in case of a delay.

- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
