Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns on (The Return policy valid for orders in India Only)

  • All products purchased on can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-12 banking days.
  • If the payment method is cash on delivery (COD), then the order amount you paid will be credited through NEFT to your bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please do a check with your bank or credit card provider regarding the status. This will help us in processing the same from our end in case of a delay.

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
